Initial Screening & Interview

Our talent team reviews applications within 5–7 business days. If shortlisted, you’ll have a 30–45 minute introductory call with a recruiter or hiring manager to discuss your background, motivations, and fit with our culture and projects.

Technical Assessment

For technical or consulting roles, we conduct a practical assessment (coding challenge, case study, or live problem-solving session) to evaluate your skills in a real-world context. This step is collaborative and designed to showcase your strengths.

Offer & Onboarding

You’ll receive a formal offer detailing compensation, benefitss, and date. Upon acceptance, we guide you through a smooth onboarding process — including equipment setup, team introductions, and first-week immersion — hit the ground running.
